Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Cell

  • To ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient grievance resolution mechanism.
  • To provide a safe space for students and staff to report academic, administrative, or personal concerns.
  • To take timely action on grievances and improve overall student experience.
  • To promote a culture of accountability, justice, and mutual respect.

Types of Grievances Addressed

✔ Academic issues (exams, results, attendance, teaching methods)
✔ Administrative concerns (fees, facilities, hostel, library, canteen)
✔ Student discipline and code of conduct issues
✔ Discrimination or harassment-related complaints
✔ Any other issue affecting the well-being of students or staff

How to Lodge a Grievance?

  • Online: Students and staff can submit grievances via the official college website or email.
  • Offline: A written complaint can be dropped in the Grievance Redressal Box available on campus.
  • Direct Reporting: Students can also approach GRC members for guidance and support.
  • Confidentiality Assured: All grievances will be addressed privately and fairly, ensuring the complainant’s identity is protected.
